Why aren't there any rates on your site?

Available mortgage rates change often, and are subject to many factors unique to each borrower. If you want to know what you qualify for, it's best if you email or call me.

How much do you charge?

Once we figure out which bank or lender is the best fit for you, that lender then compensates me for my work. I don't change my clients anything.

I am a mortgage broker with Canadian Mortgage Experts, powered by Dominion Lending. While I live and work in New Westminster, I also have an office in Cloverdale.
